We don't stop at scholarships. Depending on the need, students go through faith-anchored leadership formation, financial literacy coaching, and career exposure preparing them not just to graduate, but to lead and give back. Students have to commit to both monthly checks and career coffee chats and also leadership groups, anchoring themselves to a church community.
